“The change maker of India" for the year 2018 by Bhumi organization

In the year of 2017, as a campus catalyst she organized, 68 students of SASTRA-SRC participated in daan utsav -the joy of giving conducted by Bhumi NGO.

In that week, They had done several social services including temple cleaning, swachch barath, hygiene campaign, sexual abuse awareness, career campaign, providing dictionaries to primary school students, visit to ashrams, and campaigns to enrich the poor widow and divorcee women in self-help groups to develop their business, conducting basic tuition to their kids for free of cost, awareness to avoid drugs and cigarettes to village men, etc.

For this she have been awarded as "The change maker of India" for the year 2018 by Bhumi organization. It is a national award categorized by Bhumi for the top best social servicers.  Honour had done to her for the fund raising methodology.

This event held on September 1st, 2018 at SRM University, katankulathur, Chennai.  A national conference on youth social services was conducted on the same day.
